There are many vegetables like spinach, carrot, sweet potatoes, cucumber and beetroot which also provide nutrients like vitamins and proteins which are required to stay fit.

In non-vegetarian food chicken, red meat like beef, fish and egg provide you with essential proteins, vitamins and minerals also they make our muscles and body stronger.

Milk also is a very healthy nutrition for our body and should be taken daily. Lemon and papaya are very good cleansing agent for our body and should be always included in our diet because they flush out unwanted toxins from our body and helps in getting rid of unwanted fat.
